Riot Dish: “Because our menu changes so often, dishes don’t always have a chance to develop that kind of following, but the one dish that comes to mind is the whole, wood-oven roasted chicken we were serving in both our dining room and our bar last summer and fall. It became a favorite, but the farm from whom we received the chickens finished up for the season in late autumn, off came the chicken from the menu, riots ensued!”
