Since opening in 2012, FT33 remains
 at the forefront of the Dallas scene. Its wines are organized by grape variety rather than region to encourage discovery. 2016 has seen an expansion of the wine team, whose Spanish and Italian expertise means inspired and less-seen selections from those countries.

Riot Dish: “Our menu rotates regularly, but we have become known as a destination for hand-crafted charcuterie that our Chef/Owner Matt McCallister produces from whole hogs he butchers. I don’t think we could ever move away from that as a fixture on the menu.”
