“Wine pairing to me is more about alchemy than science,” says Sommelier Kerstin Mikalbrown. “I want to put a wine in front of someone that brings them joy.” One of her favorite pairings matches Domaine Huet Vouvray Sec with Maine lobster, French toast and rhubarb, cucumber and sesame mousse.
