Actually two adjoining restaurants, Provisions is a casual neighborhood spot, while The Pass is a tasting-menu-only, “Chef’s Table” experience. Chefs and co-owners Terrence Gallivan and Seth Siegel-Gardner present a wine list full of detailed regional maps and opinionated “spotlights” on their favorite producers.

Riot Dish: “From Provisions, our Cresta di Gallo pasta dish is one of only two that has been on the menu since the day we opened. Our guests would be pretty upset if it were to go away. In The Pass, we did a caviar and pork cracklin’ dish a couple years back that people still ask us to bring back.”
