Wine, Spirit and Beer Review Programs
Wine Enthusiast Magazine tastes, rates and reviews wines, spirits and beers for publication in our magazine and Web site. For detailed information about our tasting and review program and procedures, please read our About the Buying Guide box, which also appears in every issue’s print Buying Guide. If you are interested in submitting samples for review and publication, please download and read over the appropriate forms. Samples should be sent in according to the 2021 Buying Guide Tasting Schedule.
WINE: The FAQ: Tasting and Review document outlines the submission process and has the appropriate address(es) to send your wine. Please review this document before shipping any submissions to ensure you are sending the samples to the appropriate reviewer and address. California wineries should also refer to the California AVA Assignment sheet to determine where to send submissions. Make sure to include a completed Wine Submission Form along with the samples you are sending.
For Italian wine from Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Umbria, Lazio, Campania, Sardinia and Sicily: please see the 2021 schedule for categories from these regions that will be reviewed this year. For Italian wine from Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria: these regions are reviewed on a rolling basis out of our New York headquarters. Please refer to the FAQ for proper shipping address.
SPIRITS: The Spirits Submission Form outlines all spirits tasting guidelines and procedures.
BEER: The Beer Submission Form should be completed and accompany any beer submission shipment.
