Dio Deka's Delta Martini\r\n\r\nRecipe courtesy Dio Deka Restaurant, Los Gatos, California.\u00a0Drink developed by\u00a0Julian Abbott, beverage director and managing partner. www.diodeka.com\r\n\r\n3/4 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream\r\n3/4 ounce Kahlua\r\n1/4 ounce ouzo\r\n1/2 ounce half-and-half\r\n1 ounce chocolate\r\n2 teaspoons Nescafe instant coffee\r\n2 teaspoons sugar\r\n2 ounces water\r\n\r\nCombine Bailey's, Kahlua, ouzo and half-and-half in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Swirl the chocolate into a martini glass and pour in previous ingredients through a strainer. In a clean ice-filled shaker, combine Nescafe, sugar and water and shake vigorously. Spoon the coffee froth over the martini and service. Serves 1.
